• Downloadable training materials
All products are provided exclusively in digital format and do not require physical shipping.

3. Purchase Methods
Purchases are made through:

2. Entering the required data
3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
4. Payment using the available methods
The contract is considered concluded upon payment confirmation.
Elitaly reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
• Unauthorized payments
• Incomplete or false data
• Previous violations of the contractual conditions

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments can be made via:
• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer
• PayPal or other methods indicated on the Site
Access to digital products is subject to receipt of payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery occurs via:
• Direct download
• Access to the reserved area
• Email delivery with a dedicated link
Delivery is generally immediate after payment, unless otherwise indicated.
The customer is responsible for the compatibility of their device and software.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code):
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if the performance has begun with:
• express consent of the consumer
• acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal
At the time of purchase, the customer expressly accepts:
"I request immediate execution of the contract and declare that I am aware that I will lose the right of withdrawal once I have begun downloading or accessing the digital content."

7. Refund Policy
7.1 Digital Products with Immediate Access
No refunds are provided for:
• Products already downloaded
• Digital content already accessible
• Memberships already activated
Except in the case of:
• Unresolvable technical malfunction
• Product not compliant with the published description
In such cases, the customer must send a reasoned request to:
elitaly@pec.it within 7 days of purchase.
Elitaly reserves the right to verify the technical problem before authorizing the refund.

7.2 Digital Products with Scheduled Access (e.g., courses)
If the content has not yet been made available, the customer may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
• They have not accessed the content
• They have not downloaded any materials

7.3 Refund Methods
Any approved refunds will be made:
• Using the same payment method used
• Within 14 days of approval

8. License to Use
Digital products are granted under a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
It is prohibited to:
• Resell or distribute the content
• Share it with third parties
• Reproduce it for commercial purposes
• Modify or plagiarize it
Any unlawful use will result in legal action.

All content on the Site and in digital products is the property of Elitaly S.r.l. or licensed.
They are protected by copyright law (Law 633/1941).

10. Limitation of Liability
Elitaly does not guarantee:
• Specific results resulting from the use of the content
• Universal compatibility with any device
• Total absence of errors or omissions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
