Torino
Turin is a city located in northwest Italy, capital of the Piedmont region. It is known for its elegant baroque architecture, historic cafés and central role in Italian industrial history, in particular as the headquarters of FIAT. Crossed by the Po River and surrounded by the Alps, Turin is also famous for the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of the city, and for hosting important museums such as the Egyptian Museum, one of the richest of its kind in the world. It was the first capital of unified Italy and still retains a noble and refined atmosphere today.
