Morning

Start in Piazza Maggiore, the symbolic center of the city, surrounded by Palazzo d'Accursio, Palazzo del Podestà, and the Fountain of Neptune.

Visit the Basilica of San Petronio, one of the largest in Europe, with its unfinished façade and the longest sundial in the world.

Walk under the porticoes to the Two Towers, the medieval symbol of the city: Garisenda and Asinelli (possibility of climbing the Asinelli Tower for a panoramic view).

Lunch

Savour Bolognese specialties at a downtown osteria: tagliatelle with ragù, tortellini in broth, or lasagna alla Bolognese.

Afternoon

Visit the Santo Stefano Complex, known as "the Seven Churches," a place rich in history and spirituality.

Explore the Quadrilatero and its traditional shops: cured meats, cheeses, fresh pasta, and typical products.

Dinner
